Hello all! I have recently switched from a 45mm base ring to a 40mm base ring due to slipping out more and more often after wearing the cage for extended periods of time. My longest lock up in the 40mm cage has been 14 days and I had zero problems and no pullouts even if I tried. Yesterday my amazing KH/GF removed my cage for some teasing time and rewarded me with perfectly ruined orgasm. She had full intentions of locking me back up immediately after so she left the base ring on while she teased. My penis and testicles both turned a dark shade of purple and stayed purple after being ruined as well. I took a cold shower to try and get rid of my erection but had little luck. I believe it maybe to tight from the excite of Her teasing you. After did you remove the base ring and did erection and purple balls dissipate. If after you removed base ring and is still there this might be a problem. MistressS
MistressS, after I removed the base ring my coloration went back to normal and my erection was gone in minutes. Any attempt at erection while in the cage doesn’t cause discoloration either, so part of me thinks it’s okay and safe to wear since this is the first problem we’ve had in weeks of wear. We use a cheaper steel cage bought off amazon so I know the fit won’t be perfect compared to a fitted custom cage but I would like to put my keyholder’s mind at ease so she won’t be hesitant to lock me back up.
I wear a 40mm ring too. I can find with teasing with just the ring on, I get something similar. It's the right size ring. When fitted I can get my finger half way down, between the ring and balls. The ring is just acting like you are wearing a cock ring.
Mine did the same recently, Mrs Sen removed the cage so I could shave, but before I was allowed out she deep throated me and I was as big and hard as ever, the base ring was tight and acting like a metal cock ring (I bought a 45mm metal cock ring to emulate that very effect). If 40mm is the right size for you flaccid, then its unlikely to be an issue but certainly worth checking on regularly to make sure all looks healthy. Make sure your balls don't go cold etc
The ring is too tight and not allowing the Blood to flow back out of the penis. You should always be able to fit at least your small finger between you and the ring to ensure room for proper blood flow.
