I know not feasible for everyone but I have the same cage and had a similar issue that my penis would just slip out if I was warm and sweaty and my balls were hanging low. My fix was to 3d print an anti-pull out ring from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4078152. I had to mess with the sizing a little but I found that if I place the pull out ring as close to the base of my penis and put the cage on it helped. I'm sure if I wanted to I could pull out but I have self control for that, this just helps with keeping it secure day to day.

each wife has sex with every wife in the marriage at least once a week. that works out to 6 sex acts a week per person. depending on schedule and cycle most are scheduled 2-4 times a day and rarely with the same person. that would bring the sex count to 14-28 per person. one might think we spend all our time having sex but with jobs, household chores, lots of children and the farm sex turns out to take little time by comparison.
