New here- What is the safest and mess visible configuration for a BB Belt without a PA? Thx

    Hi,
    I am New here and i tried nearly all cages and have a neosteel.
    I am looking for a real secure 24/7 Belt that is not visible while wearing and allows to go to Toilette without having a mess.
    What is the safest configuration with less visibility for a BB Belt, and is it really safe?
    I have no PA.
    How about sleeping with it?
    And wich length should be chosen for the tube?
    Thx for your help.
