Hej there, I’ve now been locked for a week in my HTV3-Nub replica, sealed with a lead seal, and I still enjoy it at all. The size is actually very comfy, but the ring isn’t that comfortable. The pain just comes early in the morning. Now the thing is, my husband came up with the idea with buying the Steelworxx Looker01, which looks actually very good and also that it is made by your own measurements makes it also very interesting. In the last year I’ve been locked away from time to time, but I mostly made it for myself. Now it seems that the idea swapped over to him. My question is... should we go for it, or is it to early, as it is not that cheap
If he's the one who suggested it, that sounds like he's keen. I guess the two of you need to sit down and talk through what you each want from this. Long-term, or occasional? Good luck, whatever you choose
If you’re interested in the long (Ish) term, the go for it (personal option). I found once I had something that fit correctly for me there was next to no pain or discomfort, intact I love wearing mine now more than off.
I always tell people not to worry about much money they spend on their shoes... they wear them all the time, and walking is a pretty integral part of everyone's day... For people who participate in chastity, I wouldn't look at the price tag... it is pretty important to have a device that is comfortable that you enjoy wearing.
King Hippo is dead on with his assessment. My $25.00 cage is actually more comfortable for long term periods then my $300.00 model. I did have to file down a sharp point on both, so quality issues exist with everything. There are things you can do to increase comfort like surgical tube and lube, the key is a good break in period. One last thing, my wife has always liked the look of the metal cages and I do prefer the weight.
Hello, As far as I understand there are two questions: 1) should I go for long term? 2) should I go and spent a few hundred dollars getting a custom build cage. Regarding the first one: Yes! ;-) it's great to see what happens after a few days and even more if you don't know when and if you will be released. Additionally you can always go back. Regarding the 2nd question I was there some month ago and finally decided to spend nearly hundred euro in different sets of cheap China cages to find out out which size and form fit me. I learned a lot as it's not only about comfortl, but also how you can sleep in it, if you can clean yourself (without taking it off) and can you pee or will it result in a tsunami? How does the cage feel if you "grow" etc. After you get everything, you can go and get a custom build cage, but I think that you can better articulate what you want if you tried different cages.
Thanks to all of you, for those helpful comments. I already tried some different cages in the past and I can imagine what kind of cage it should be. I mostly like the plastic ones, because of the weight. But I guess I can also go for a metal one, which I also tried in the past. In case of the weight I’ll get used to it, right? Tomorrow me and my husband will have a chat and talk about some things related to chastity maybe longterm Any ideas, which should be talked about?
Glad to hear that you get the chance to discuss this, you have an open minded partner. I suggest _not_ to talk about chastity - the cage etc. Instead talk about the effect it has on you and which feelings it creates. This will likely lead to a more open discussion as you might find out that it (locking you up) had great benefits for both of you.
Ok, so we should talk about feelings and not the procedure at all?! I mean I totally agree with it, as we’re just in the beginning and everything comes with time.
Just a suggestion. I think without feelings the "procedure" feels empty. In my case I don't feel comfortable or happy because I am caged, but because of the feelings and the "mindfuck" which comes with it .
Has he ever worn a device with a urethra insert? I have serious questions about whether any device with one is wearable long term, but I have absolutely zero experience, so I could be completely wrong on that.
No, not yet. I also haven’t experienced anything similar. I don’t think it has to be, doesn’t it? Maybe in the future, but not now. Why are are you asking?
I'm asking because that seems to be the main feature of The Looker 1 when compared to other custom devices from other manufacturers.
The Looker is what 500 euros about £450 UK or $450 US I don't know your financial circumstances but to put the price in perspective some couples between them spend more than 10 Euros a week in coffee shops or on alcohol. Spend the same money on a chastity device and at the end of a year you've spent the same money but still have a chastity device.
Yeah, you’re right but you can also select the urethra insert as a removable. @filltee I got your point Thankfully I’m not drinking that much
