My wife and I are talking about making me into a eunuch. I am still a virgin at 43. I take female hormones. And I only plan to watch sex and not participate. I also plan not to masturbate. You decide for me... Should I become a eunuch? We think it will make me a better foot worshiper and more obedient. I want to be more obedient.

If this is actually the case, only your Wife has the right to solicit this advice.

    How is this happening?

If its being done by medical professionals, and both of you want this, I support you.

If not all of those criteria I mentioned are met, I say no

As a person that would never even think about such a thing for myself, I do not think I could even give an opinion. I assume that most of the others on this site feel the same.

A nice fantasy possibly or fun mind play.

Not so easy as it sounds if you look at the requirements for a surgeon to do it @Jarid Campbell

Ideal candidates are generally healthy and have met the following criteria according the WPATH standards of care.
    1. Two letters of referrals (one from a MHP – psychotherapist who follows the patient and one second opinion letter from a MHP that has evaluated the patient)
    2. Persistent, well documented gender dysphoria
    3. Capacity to make a fully informed decision and to consent for treatment
    4. Age of majority in a given country
    5. If significant medical or mental health concerns are present, they must be well controlled
    6. 12 continuous months of hormone therapy as appropriate to the patient’s gender goals (unless the patient has a medical contraindication or is otherwise unable or unwilling to take hormones).

If only it was a simple thing to be castrated in a sterile and professional medical environment. The medical field is full of people jumping up a and down to let you switch genders, but wanting to be a eunuch is not something that they will allow. Women say “our bodies, our choices” but men don’t get that same option.

if you are really serious about this then one resource is the eunuch archives. They have people who have done this for real, and can help find options to do it safely. http://forums.eunuch.org/forum.php

I fail to see how having your balls chopped off would make you more obedient in future. If you want to be more obedient then do as you're told.....simples.

This is unnecessary surgery with all the risks that surgery brings, so I don't think you'll find a medical professional who will do it, which leaves you with the back-street quack option. If you consider that as a serious option, then you need to see a shrink.

Losing your testicles does make you more calm, lowering your libido (or outright killing it). The absence of testosterone is often also improving for the eunuchs attitude - less argumentative and more emotional.

there are a lot of people with gender dysphasia and the medical community is supportive of their decisions. They do usually require letters from two different psychiatrists to confirm that this is something that is not just a fantasy gone overboard.

Saying “if you want to be more obedient just do it” is rather insulting. That’s like telling people with clinical depression to just be happy, alcoholics and drug addicts to just not drink or use, and a person with dyslexia to simply try harder to read. There is real impact in our bodies by chemicals and hormones. I want to be skinny and a Tour de France caliber cyclist- but I can’t just go do it.

Oh, hey, something I am personally experienced with. I have one of the two required support letters for orchiectomy and working on getting the second. I have been on MTF HRT for two years.

I’m going to treat this as if it’s real (probably not, though). If you’ve actually been on female hormones for a while, your testosterone has probably been suppressed quite a bit. And if, like me, you have taken an androgen blocker along with the estrogen, you are essentially a eunuch already. After a year my testosterone was in the undetectable range, meaning I had less testosterone than even a typical cisgender woman.

If you can get the required support letters, go for it. If what you said is true, you are likely hormonally a eunuch already. Getting rid of the testicles (which should be greatly atrophied and useless by now) won’t change anything.

Also, if you have been self medicating with hormones purchased off the internet, now is a great time to go legit and have a physician supervise your transition. DIY hormones are incredibly risky.

Good advice. You really dont know what you're getting over the internet. Another insight: as a man ages, his testosterone drops. Some slowly, some faster. Mine (Im 61) was tested this year, and was quite low-almost in the normal female range. I discussed testosterone replacement with the doctor, but ultimately decided against it. I figured that if I'm in a cage all the time(which basically I am) less testosterone would mean fewer night time erections, with less discomfort and chafing. My beautiful wife/KH and I have both loved it since I was caged, but she did not want that to influence my decision about replacement testosterone. She felt that it should be purely a medical decision between my doctor and I. As I said, I ultimately decided against it, and have been satisfied with that decision.
