I just think about how disappointed my KH would be. I could probably get out of mine anytime if I really wanted to (I can turtle to zero length in certain circumstances), but even on the difficult days, or the horny days, I can't bring myself to let her down like that.
I agree, think about your KH, chances are yours would be like mine (@Destiny103181), she would feel the trust we have built up over time evaporate over one moment of weakness and I would never do that to her....You have to preoccupy yourself, go for a walk, mow the lawn, read a book, do something because in the end, it's not worth it.

For the most part, I know when my release date is scheduled just prior to when the key is turned or the lock is snapped. Most are 2 weeks long, a few are 30, and twice a year between 40-50 days. The 14 day cycles I can do standing on my head, the 30's are a little tougher but I know there will be a milking to look forward to receiving halfway thru the period. Now the longer ones are tougher, when the panic starts to set in I practice my breathing exercises and think of laying on a tropical beach feeling the sun on my face or skiing in the winter time on freshly groomed trails.
Get off the computer and do something else, be productive with something that is completely unrelated to this.
I agree with the other reply’s, go do something else, take your mind off it and divert your attention to another task.
It helps if you stay off chastity forums, avoid porn and erotica of any type. Focus on doing things that will make your KH’s life easier/better or take up a hobby, scratch things off your to-do list.
