There is no scientific hard evidence that chastity will make you loose your cock, if that's what you mean apart from the obvious visual effect of the "nub"... There are testimonials that a small shrinkage *could* be caused after years of continual chastity. Usually a break for a couple of days now and then with a few erections to stretch and expand will get you back there ion no time. (To my knowledge.)
