Hey everyone, not sure where to post this but was just wondering if anyone is currently working with Ms. Lori? We sent in a deposit, had a few questions, and now no response in over a week. I know this is not the way things were when we ordered. I am hoping, given the time of year, she is just taking a vacation but I was wondering if anyone else is having problems or if perhaps it is my email system. Thanks
Resend the email. pet sent her an email outlining our problems and she didn't reply. When he questioned it, she said she'd never received the mail. oh: Who knows? pet really needs to pull his finger out and send the item back for her to sell on her site so that it will pay for a resized one. :crossedlips: She probably is just away, and you will get an email from her shortly.
Hello All- There must be an email issue. I am working with Ms. Lori now. Without exception she responds within 12 hours or less. I've found her customer service to be exceedingly good. I will drop her note so she is aware of this situation. o2cum
Hello All- I received an email from Ms. Lori last night in response to my email approximately 10 hours before. She indicated she has been responding to all her emails, as usual. Thanks everyone, I did hear back from her this morning and it appears that my emails must have fallen victim to her spam filter, odd as I should be on her address book as a customer, but hey it happens.-Thank you all.
