    Absolutely. Being denied affords me a type of patience that I sometimes have to dig deep for and being disciplined is a big-time stress reliever that grounds me like nothing else can. Also, serving her assures me that she's being taken care of - food prep, clean laundry, etc... and that brings me peace as well.

    My wife and I are both in healthcare with myself a doc and administrator while my wife is a nurse. Ive wondered how many in leadership role in healthcare enjoy FLR in their personal lives.

    Retired. (Yay!) Formerly a window/counter clerk at a small Post Office. Early in my retirement, I would visit Mistress weekly (about 100 miles away), clean her apartment, walk the dog, do laundry, shopping, take her to lunch/dinner, etc., and if i was good, we would "play," i.e. BDSM activities.

    She moved out of state a couple years ago, so now I can't see her as often, but she keeps her property locked.

    Other activities/hobbies: listening to & collecting music, technical quality analyses for a music trading website, reading, travel and generally enjoying my town. (The latter 2 are kind of derailed by the COVID situation, though.)
