My wife calls me 'sugar tits'-too much?!...then 'shug' is a safe form she uses around the kids apart from one phrase 'put the kettle on sugar tits' which she will say in front of the kids!

Why not B.B.? Short for your screen name, a bit of a sissy name, and can easily be explained away when needed.

No one will be able to pick the best name for you... I would look for some inside joke you and your wife have & go from there.
