Hi I have been in chastity just a few hours and my balls are aching and cold. They haven’t changed colour blood looks to be there. Is this normal?
I suggest you take your device off immediately. It could very well be you need to either adjust it if it comes with spacers, or you have the wrong ring gap. Don't damage yourself, cold balls isn't a good thing.
normal. i used to have them ache. the body does get used to it after a while. if it turns color take it off immediately or adjust how the cage is hanging./sitting. you are also hyper aware of things down there now. before you probably didnt give your balls a moments notice 99% of the time. also cages are pulling the balls AWAY from the body, this will circumvent the balls ability to retract closer to the body when they sense them getting cold. so you WILL get some decrease in temperature due to preventing this natural occurrence. PS have fun tonight if you try to keep the cage on hahaha
I agree, it’s normal. As long as there not changing colour, and you can get a finger under your ring then it’s a good fit, just got to get accustomed to wearing it.
