Voting Rights

I think you've found something new that I would refuse her. Up until now my main hard limit was piercing. A tattoo scares me, but I'd do it if she wants me to. I'm not great with needles. I don't think I could vote for who she tells me to. I don't mean this as a put down to you @asastype I just couldn't do it. That's why the voting booth is private. It's a decision that I have to make alone.

To answer your question I would gladly turn over many non-sexual decisions to her, but she doesn't like that. It's quite common for her to order me to make a decision. She'll also demand I list options for her to pick from.

 

Well, dificult question. I often argue with my Queen about politics, we are pretty close together in our opinions, mostly arguing about details, therefor we never had a fundamental disagreement about the candidate or party we would vote for.

If it would come to this at one point I would tell her my honest opinion, argue it through with her and after that I would do what she orders me to do.

 

Nether madam and I are very political, but madam does make a lot of non sexual decisions for me, and for us. If we are going out together she will pick what I wear, madam will also choose where we are going and it is always her decision what we are doing.
If we are home madam will decide what we watch on TV, or what music is playing. She will decide what we eat, and so on.

 

I certainly could see submitting to her in this way. It would help if you two have similar political interests.

 

Telling you how to think instead of expecting you to think for yourself is not "leading," its "bossing."

 

I fell for my husband/sub as an individual I respect, and while he serves me sexually he is not bound to agree with every opinion I have because I love him for who he is.

So when he votes, he votes for the party and person he believes in (he does always vote for a woman out of principle though) and he does not get told what to do by me. We lean in the same political direction and that's good enough for me.

I decide where we go on holiday, where we go out to eat or party, what we do in the weekends we don't have the kids, which toys we buy, what our house looks like, what groceries get bought. That's enough decision making for me.

 

W/we totally do this as well! These little things are important in a Female Led Relationship, provided the Mistress enjoys making them.

A bit of thread necromancy but I just wanted to chime in as this very thing has been on my mind lately. Wife and I are settling into our new FLR pretty well, but this makes me super uncomfortable to consider. We fall on pretty opposite ends on politics, so it's a topic we avoid. I would absolutely consider her choosing who I vote for a limit of mine.

 

politicians have always been less than honest. the supreme court said money equals free speech so pacs cans say what ever they want without being held accountable. the russian believe they can influence just the right people to get their canidate elected. chinese are not far behind the russians. trump, the youngster in the race at 73 says it's not true at all regardless how many in the intelligence community say it is so. slow joe at 77 got the nod from the good old boy party bosses long ago and bernie at 78 years old scares the hell out of them. with all that your worried who should decide who you should vote for.......how about waiting to decide when you have a real choice.....oh you might not ever need to decide!!!

 

Quite agree. The right to vote is very precious indeed and a matter for the individual. One thing I strongly believe in is an individuals right to hold their own beliefs! Mrs Chaste does ask me how I think she should vote sometimes, but I would never tell her what to do. And as for her ordering me! Forget it! I always encourage my family to vote no matter what. Especially the female members as their predecessors here in the UK fought a hard battle to get the vote!

 

My state recently decided to make your primary party of choice public record and I don't trust folks here to not look that up and try to make me loose my job strange times we live in! Mistress and I talk about it and pick together. We have the same values so it's no friction.

 

Why is it made public, and why would you loose your job?

 

I can't imagine many employers who would take anything like that seriously.

 

I get to chose my party and candidate and while in the voting booth, I am required to take a picture of my finished ballot "for discussion" later. To date, those discussions have not been too much trouble.

 

This isn't real, right?

 

I vote female and for the party or candidate that is most pro-female empowerment oriented.

 

I’ve seen this question brought up enough times on many different forums, so it seems to be a valid concern for some people.

 

Whether people agree or disagree with your position on Presidential politics, it overlooks the fact that the most important votes are local smaller races. he and I discuss politics and I'd say we probably vote for many of the same candidates more often than not. Still this would be a hard limit for me.

 

Mrs isn't particularly interested in politics, I am, she tends to vote however I voting.

 

I would give over the vote. My biggest hand over was the money. She manages all of it, even though I make most of it. I'm free to spend as I will, within reason, but she is 100% in control of the finances. She takes my opinion seriously but she has the final word on any decisions. Large or small.

 

The future of the nation isn't a matter of sexual games.

Take it seriously. Vote your conscience. You have a duty to vote. Do it.

Women's suffrage came to be because of patriarchal and sexual limitations on voting. Everyone needs to vote. Presently a minority still vote, but it should not be restricted to a particular gender or sex, or any other demographic.

A vote isn't a rubber stamp. Take it seriously. There are those in the world who can only wish that they had a vote in the their future. You do. It's a sacred responsibility. As an adult, as a citizen, and as a human being, vote your conscience, not what someone tells you to vote.

Seriously.
