The comunication was pretty good to the point where i ordered the cage. After that i haven't received a single singer to my question. Now i wanted to check the website and saw it is not online anymore. Do you have the same problem? Should i open a case on paypal paypal immediately? Also they stated a 18-22 week long cue time which seems pretty long with the knowledge that mostly the real time to delivery is far longer.
I think they have a few probs with there website, I recall a couple of people posting similar some time last year.
If their communication, website, and customer support were even half as good as their cages...they would be hands down one of the most popular and worn device in the world. They just are not into, providing details, accurate timelines, or replying to customers. Once the device is ordered...it’s like a one night stand, they are finished with you. You’ll get your device at some point.
