Does anyone have any advice about how to measure the piercing setback for a chastity device with a Prince Albert lock?

    On MaleChastityNow, it says:
On the surface, that sounds simple enough, but finding out the other details of the cage have been an expensive series of misses, so I'd prefer to avoid any more if possible.

I think you just measure the distance from the middle of the piercing extending straight forward along the shaft to the very tip of your penis.

Most PA piercings are set back where a 5/8” or 3/4” inner diameter ring fits. The PA hook Mark makes curves up and stops. It doesn’t come back down. So that’s why 3/8”-1/4” setbacks work if you wear standard jewelry.

I have worn both 1/2” and 3/8” setbacks. It just changes how far forward your tip sits in the cage.

I would check out the cage manufacturer if you have your heart set on a device. If there isn’t the option on your device (standard) and you’re already have a large set back piercing, it will pull on it (that is unless it’s not fixed to the cage).
