As the general community gets ready for locktober I find myself reflecting on the commitment it requires. This is one of the first years in a while I'm taking a pass on it. As someone that spends time being allowed to have the privilege to teach, and lecture in the their local community I feel like I would be a hypocrite taking part this year. Why? One of my favourite talks I get to give is about setting expectations. This can be expectations to your partner, expectations your partner makes to you, and expectations to yourself.

I've been working on my mental health lately. This year I feel I am not able to make the expectations to myself, or to a keyholder to properly go through with locktober. Instead I find myself on the sidelines cheering on my fellow bottoms (generalizing) and tops (generalizing) in an amazingly challenging physical, and mental month. I wish you all find the emotional satisfaction and goals you set.

To people on the edge and are feeling pressure to take part; take a moment, think of yourself, think of your partner, and think of your word. Understand the expectations you are sitting. There is no shame in staying locked for an hour, a day, a week, or a month. Just do what is best for you.

@titaniumjones you've done it again. I was just informed by my GF that like it or not, I will be participating for the full month with zero possibility of release. I casually mentioned it a few weeks ago after reading your post and that triggered some research on her part.

After cuffing me and locking me back up last night she assured me it was my last freedom until at least Nov 1 and "probably a LOT longer".

This will be my longest so far and she added that not only do I need to learn a lesson, she wants to learn how to go indefinitely w/o PIV.

Im so not ready for this!

Last release for us before LT started.
First day of LT, sporting in his new cylinder locked cage. Less temptation given there's no padlock to play and make noise with.

I was informed last night that I am taking part in Locktober.

I don't expect this to be easy.

 

I’m locked for the duration.
My KH shaved me last night, then allowed me a ruined orgasm.
After we showered together, she locked me away.
That’s it now apart from short supervised hygiene breaks.

 

Although locked up 24/7, "Loctober" means no orgasm in any way for me.
Last 24 hrs I was allowed PIV and a handjob to start on Zero Level.
Hope there will be no uncontrolled leaking the next month.

Well I was until last night when she said that we would Participate and she would determine if my attitude justified a different course. Meaning that I could earn a release by being a good boy. I was slightly let down but told her it’s her choice but also that Locktober is a commitment from both of us to which she agrees.
