    I have done this several times. I use an Njoy plug base is wide and no issues. The Joy is by far the most comfortable plug I have. I am plugged for extended periods often

    I once wore a silicone plug 24/7 for about three weeks. I had no problems sleeping with it in :)

    I'm really used to butt plugs. Can wear them for extended periods. So sleeping with one is no big deal. They just have to be large enough not to slip out.

    I suggest using diapers with a plug as they help keep the plug in tight from slipping out and contain any lube mess that may seep out.

    It is also possible to just use a harness that is designed timo keep plug in.

    If you get used to the plug while you are awake, you should have no problem with it while you sleep. Just make sure it is of a material not harmful to your body. Square peg toys has some good info on body-safe materials.

    It is really just a matter of getting used to it. For me it was rather difficult to in the beginning. Felt really horny all the time, difficulty to fall asleep.
    But over time it gets easier, and now I can sleep while plugged by a rather big plug even without any troubles :)

    Although I might wake up really horny in the morning ;)

    Do the people that wear them all night how do you keep them lubricated. I fell asleep with one in and it jarred me awake because all the sudden there was an ache in my ass and it hurt to pull it out.

    I've done it a few times, and haven't had a problem. I actually had more trouble (at first) sleeping with my cage than I have ever had with a plug.

    I think it would be obvious that I would take it out to do that. Can't really wear a plug 24/7 :0 But you can get close ;p and it's just quicker to say 24/7 ;p

    I was told by my Ms K to plug for a week, only for nights. She got me purple Johnson one with flared base. Not too Big, neither too small. It went in just with little bit of my saliverrather than gel. I just lick my fingers and stroke the plug than inserted slowly in. This plug will not stay in if you try to walk for longer period, it really is design for good night sleep. Best, to use as little gel as possible, your anus will gently lubricate it itself. Once in you don't even know it's there and it help to keep you flaccid if you currently locked. I wasnt at the time. First night is always difficult as the body needs to adjust to it. It gave me nice fullness feeling and sort of calmed my constantly horny status.

    You have to be used to regularily give yourself an enema every evening.
    That in itself is a submissive thing to do. Personally i dont like brown stuff and so didnt my Mistress.
