How to find a Dom?

    So I live in a small conservative town, but the wife and I will soon be traveling to a much larger city for an overnight getaway. My vanilla wife is semi-interested in taking on more duties and responsibility in a FLR, but is nervous and unsure about a lot of it. I'd like for us to visit an experienced Dom to show us the ropes, if you will. I'm wondering what's the best way to go about locating an experienced and trustworthy Dom in a larger city?

    are you on Fetlife? There are locality based groups on there, and the mods or regular posters can usually be trusted to give advice and support. Good luck

    You can also look for events / conventions being hosted in large towns. You could incorporate that as part of one of your trips.

    You can try looking on a site called sessiongirls.com. It specializes in girls who wrestle men, but a lot of those girls are also doms.

    Tried Fetlife. That only got me solicitations from dudes and links to shady sites.

    Looked at sessiongirls, but nobody in the city we're visiting. Any other ideas?

    Try Eros.com in their category BDSM. I'm curious though, your wife is interested in taking on more duties and responsibilities in your FLR? Or are you both looking to further explore the sexual kink side of BDSM play? The reason I ask is that if you both want an FLR, I don't think you need a dom. Your wife just needs to tell you what she wants and you need to do it. If there are some boundaries or reciprocation that's part of this, you can sort this out as well. There are plenty of online resources to help with this process. If you want someone to show her how to tie knots and hurt you without marking you, a dom might be useful.

    Go to an event called a munch. They are BDSM people but in vanilla clothes and the munches are for assisting new people. (Usually around a meal.)
