    Well.....I can see!!!!!!!!!!
    That was much easier than I thought! I am feeling fine, My face is sore and My eyes are starting to swell but all in all...not bad.
    I imagine tomorrow they will be swollen pretty good, I am supposed to be putting ice on them for 30 min every hour LOL That is NOT as easy as it sounds, it takes up alot of time and ice on your face is painful!!
    Anyway, just wanted to say I am fine and online...what a shock LOL

    MM Congrats on everything going well.

    PLEASE follow the Dr.s orders and if ice is a pain use a bag of frozen peas or corn. The ice will keep the swelling down and while it will seem like a PIA in the short run, if you keep icing it, it'll pay off in the long run.

    Plus we don't want to risk any damage to your lovely face! (even though I'm sure it's highly unlikey, but just the thought of a remote possibility is scary)

    Great to read things went so well for You! Do keep icing those eyes tho.

    I'm fairly interested in how it went for You, so keep us up to date. My eye Dr. wants me to have the same surgery, as i have those droopy upper eyelids and when they pulled them up, it was amazing how much more i could actually see! :confused0068:

Mistress Michelle, I hope you're recovering nicely from surgery. I'm gonna let you in on a little secret of mine. I had some plastic surgery done in June. Best thing I every did for myself. You are a such a beautiful lady and I can't wait to see pictures!! :butterfly:

    Thanks everyone for your sweet words of support. I am actually doing quite well although I look like I was in either a bad wreck or someone beat the shit out of Me LOL
    This surgery was a bit different than a lift, they actually cut away the skin that was interfering and then sewed My eyelids back together, which is kinda cool if you think about it. I mean, why just pull them up when you can get rid of it for good! So, all in all I am pleased so far. The swelling is bad but it'll go away, and I can still see to be online so all is good! That ice still sucks though!!

    Again, thanks to everyone who has been there, here, emails, phone calls and all the rest, pet and I do so much appreciate all of you!!

    I wanted to add here also how wonderful My pet has been in taking care of Me. He has had so much going on himself for so long and hes getting around better now and has been so sweet in helping Me with all this. Fixing meals and helping around the house, getting My meds and putting the stuff on My eyes for me, one of which is eye drops and I do NOT do eye drops well!! I hate them with a passion. Anyway...Thank you My pet for taking such wonderful care of your Mistress!!!

    Ugh I hate things in my eyes. I won't get contacts for that reason. I also won't get lasik (when I had the money). Leave my eyes ALONE!!!

    Maam,

    Maybe one of the reasons that your pet is so adored is because of what a great person he is. But then again, it probably goes without saying that he would be as the two of you are so close. Sort of a "birds of a feather" thing in a very positive way.

    Anyway, I'm real glad to hear that disciplined pet is able to care for you while you're recovering. I'm sure it's a great feeling for him to be doing things like that. I know that he has a lot of pride and to show how far he's come in such a sort time must be huge for him. Please just remind him not to over do it and that both of you have earned the right to rest and relax and that if a few chores don't get done, they'll get caught up eventually.

    Its snowing...probably wont amount to anything, but it is snowing!!
    I LOVE snow, Its so beautiful, especially on an early morning when there is no noise around, if you listen you can hear it fall....

    Wow!

    Maam, I've heard that we might get up to 5 inches of snow here. Right now there isn't much on the roads but there is already about 1/2 an inch on the ground.

    (for all of the metric types that's almost 13 cm of snow predicted, and about 1 cm on the ground already if my math isn't too far off)
