    Hi all,

My device has a hinged ring and holes for 2 screws that can be tightened (not too much!) against the base of the penis.
    This prevents pullout completely.
My only concern is wether this is safe or may have any health implications.
    I've uploaded a picture

Thanks a lot for any feedback and advice

I would have thought as pullout prevention goes this was rather more unsafe than it is effective. When flaccid most men can get their penis into and out places that one would be forgiven for thinking water can't get. (tongue firmly in cheek)

A piercing tethered in some way is all I can imagine that works long term.

The tetherspout or similar urethral inserts have their advocates. I will not advocate their use as I blame the prolonged use catheters (essentially the same thing, nearly) for the deaths (or contributing towards the deaths) of a number of men.

But its each to their own, as always

I would think it would be fine as long as its not breaking the skin. That might be helped by moving the ring around throughout the day so its not in the same place constantly. If you develop sores than i would discontinue use of it.

It looks like that may cause abrasions over time given that they are metal and pointy, I have tried the holy trainer guardian anti pullout and it actually broke the skin, not good.

That said I have modified plastic points of intrigue from an old cb3000 for use with a metal Chinese device and they are very effective, especially the large ones which serve as a punishment but I can only use them for 2-3 days to avoid sores, certainly a detterant though.

Perhaps try with a very low setting and work up, see how it goes and listen to your body.

Not aware of any long term issues using the POI (medium) which prevent pullout in all but the soapiest shower conditions and even then not easy, @MistressG usually insists on me wearing them as it prevents me playing with the exposed tip “clitty” and no adverse effects to date.

Did the guardian anti pullout stop you from getting out though?

Yes. And a Neosteel Arch works well too.

Males can, and will, pull out of most any other so-called chastity device.

That's the point of true chastity: to definitively remove the possibility of self-release in the male's mind, and unequivocally establish power and control by his keyholder.

Well this works for me.. and it seems my KH is adding a new dimension to her control. She has mentioned that she likes the title Mistress and thinks she would enjoy me using sometimes it when writing or talking to her. It appears she wants to emphasise a little more that she has unequivical power it would seem. Surprisingly I get a kick out her wanting it and me using it.

I don't disagree with what your saying. The difference not everyone wants their relationship to be that way. Chastity and FLR can be successful on different levels of commitment. What ever works and as long as everyone is getting what they want from the arrangement it's a win win situation.

Not sure it will reply stop pull out of you really wanted to get out. What’s to stop you backing off the grub screws, then pulling out?

I think all chastity is escapaeable if you have the right inclination and tools.

Whoa, that’s quite an assertion! I’ve seen some debate about the safety of inserts, but never that they can cause death! Care to elaborate?

(Asking for a friend! )

Of course it is... more or less everything that can be put on can be taken off .......but some chastity devices can be set up in such a way that any tampering would be evident. Many devices can be made so that it is not possible for escape to take place without the evidence of something having being irreparably damaged to enable the escape.

Essentially a tetherspout or similar insert is a short catheter.

just two of the selection available from an internet search for
catheter associated urinary tract infections +deaths

    https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4673556/

    https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21242789

What I'm saying that through the wearing of catheters (usually long term wearing or shorter term but frequently repeated wearing) it is possible to get a UTI or repeated UTIs which in older people or people that are otherwise weakened though unrelated maladies may be become so weakened that they may die and sometimes other causes are being held responsible. The other causes may well have been the actual cause of death but a contributing factor to the poor health or weakness of the patient may have been repeated UTIs. I do know of elderly males that died the cause being named as heart attacks but it was undoubtedly general debilitation caused by repeated UTIs through necessary catheter use and no doubt some other factors that rendered them not strong enough to recover from those heart attacks.

The ultimate wear it or not choice is the sole choice of the person to become an actual user and of course that choice is no one else's ... not one's KH, Mistress, wife or partner etc

Two of the deaths I refer to were relations and I have now said all I am going to say on this subject.

I was not looking to get into a debate on this. Whether or not you choose to wear a catheter or similar, even if much shorter, is exactly that YOUR CHOICE.... It was merely my intention to facilitate those considering such choices to be able to do so from an informed position.

I wear a cb2k and use the biggest points of intrigue 24/7 and I find pull out is impossible, i have quite a bulbous tip and I am a grower though, so the points sit in to my shaft ok and trap the head,
Of corse it hurts like hell when I try to get hard, but that’s all part of it, no unortharised erections!
I didn’t start with the biggest, you need to start small and work you way up, now I’ve been using the large for several years.

I might be late to the discussion, but I use a chain around my waist as a security measure against pull-outs, most of the time. I'm wearing a 45mm small cage from DHGate and my member is quite small when flaccid. The chain links are held in place by the guiding pins on the cage.

Only downside is not being able to direct where I'm peeing directly. I have to align my hip to pee where I need to and this can lead me to straddle the toilet seat in the process.

I was already sitting down but the chain is tugging it tight to my body that its hard to point it downwards. But letting the chain loose will let the cage slide down overtime.

The most effective anti-pullout, in my opinion, is your mind. I could pull out, masturbate, and get back into my cage without my partner ever knowing. But why would I? It would be a huge violation of my keyholder's trust and also defeat the purpose of wearing a cage.

I know that doesn't really address the spirit of the thread but that's how I feel about it.

That being said I suppose the dynamic is very different if you're self-locked. And I'm sure there are those who like to incorporate an element of escapism into their chastity and that's all well and good. For that I don't think anything short of a piercing-based device or a full belt can truly be pullout proof. Or those tether spouts but I have a phobia about things in my urethra so that's a hard limit for me, and I question if it's really okay to leave them in long term.

I used a metal chain as flat as can be and check for any sharp edges. Its comfortable for the most part, but may dig if too tight.

Well, if you don't want to get into a debate on something, you should not let loose an outrageously ill-informed claim by conflating two completely different technologies and peremptorily assigning the risks of one to the other.
Medical Foley catheters, by their very purpose, reach all the way into the bladder and have nothing in common, including UTI risks, with ~15mm long insertions into the meatus. Your arbitrary assigning of the term "catheter" to the latter is not objective and reeks of sensationalism (you could just as well state that "essentially a drinking straw is a short fire hose").
By the way, do you realize that a Prince Albert piercing penetrates into the urethral wall upstream of a TetherSpout's rear end? By your measure, the oft-vaunted PA should be even deadlier!

THere are some in my photo album but they do require having a PA

If you don't have a PA then unless you get a full belt I have no knowledge of a method that works well universally. I'm not saying that there is not one just that I do not know of one.
