I’m taking my sissy to get a PA within the next month. Our intention is for him to the. Wear a cage with it eventually.

Any tips is to size gauge to start off with? Specific area for piercing?

Any tips (no pun intended) would be greatly appreciated!!

I got pierced 1 year ago, wait for it to heal before putting him in a cage.

I was pierced at a 6g and remained at that size. See my pics for results.

The piercer will generally recommend the size and precise location of the jewellery that is appropriate so you only need to focus on choosing a good piercing studio. It is usual (in the UK at least) for the initial jewellery to be titanium as virtually nobody has an allergic reaction to this metal. It is also very light, which will make healing quicker. As the initial jewellery will be a small gauge you will want to stretch the piercing up in stages to about 5mm eventually. Tell the piercer what you plan is and it would probably be a good idea for the piercer to do the first stretch as they can then be sure that the piercing is properly healed.
