My Lady wants to develop a card, probably weekly, to keep track of my transgressions and the resulting punishments. I have 2 saved but would like to see what others use before designing our final version.
The form would be too much for us. I'm tasked with keeping a list. I use a simple note pad app on my phone. If I do something she doesn't like I ask how many strokes I should assign. Sometimes she assigns strokes directly without me asking. On Thursday I e-mail the list to her. The stroke count is considered suggested only. She decides at punishment time if variation is warranted.
