    Hi I’m also struggling. I have cleared all cookies and browsing history (safari and chrome) and temporary internet files, while logged out, but I find no chat function when I log back in.

    Slightly different result: cleared cookies and browser history. Logged out of CM. Came back and see same old chat interface. (On an iPad / IOS, using Chrome)

    Hi Lucy. Still no joy. I’m using my iPad and iPhone, via Chrome, and I’ve cleared cache for both chrome and safari while logged out everywhere. I found the new chat app when I logged in via an old MacBook, but no mini chat on my other devices when I log in. Sorry.

    Well, I can’t say this is an improvement. At least the old system was user friendly. Sorry. Just bent because the only way I can even access the pm is from your link above. I can type a message, but have no ‘send’ button or icon to carry on a conversation. Have no pm icon anywhere on my screen. Again, sorry for the rant, but the old program worked fine for me and this one just isn’t happening. Thanks for the effort you are putting in. Good luck.

    I just tested it on an iphone, to send a message you have typed, press "Return" on the pop up keyboard.

    What browser are you using on your phone?

    We need you and your staff in our IT department! They have trouble with PCs all running on the same platform. You guys are awesome! Like Blue Moon, I had no issues with the old chat, but as software changes you have to move on. Thanks again for the effort by you and your staff .
