I don’t have experience with that, but I think it is possible. My only concern is it would be quite uncomfortable, but that might just be the point of it LOL
Such an evil desire. Yes, it is possible for play, but I would not suggest for continuous wear. There are limits.... LOL
Being comfortable is not my concern lol I just love the look of stretched balls It would not be full time that would be too cruel
Mistress Dita, It is indeed possible to wear a ball stretcher with certain types off cages. Metal or plastic devices will allow this. However, some of the silicon models have a much thicker "ring" section which would make using a ball stretcher more difficult.
you may want to stretch some while not wearing a cage. Then as you get stretched you should be able to use different stretchers. Way back when its was suggested that those of us with high and tight sacs stretch some to make wearing our cages more comfortable, so if you haven't stretched you might want to follow that advice. Start slow. Do a short period. Then a little longer then a little longer. Add rings or tension and go for more as it gets easier. In a short period you'll find that you'll make the progress that you seek.
It's always a case of trial and error and learning. We're all different and what works on many won't work on some. And vice versa. Thankfully we have this site so we can limit what we have to try but even then there is still some experimenting.

As far as I've learned: the smaller the cage the more likely it won't interfere with the stretcher. But as written above: we all are different. And: don't try it when it's cold!
