look what Bon4m have just realeased.

I like the design. Great that they give you all of the options (ring size and gap) and not making you guess.

 

Thanks for posting this.The bon4 small/medium was my first "real" cage. Loved it but it was too big. This is exciting!

 

Same thing here. Wish I had seen this thread 30 minutes earlier. I just ordered sizing rings from Mature Metal to eventually order a Queen's Keep. Fortunately I'm only out the $25 and will try ordering this item first. May be a few weeks but I will gladly review it once acquired.

 

Until I saw your message I didn't even know that Bon4 made metal devices. I like the fact that they include multiple rings, although I'd like them to go to a larger size (maybe available on request). I also like that the rings are hinged. I know the general rule is to avoid hinged rings but maybe with high quality hinges it doesn't matter (Steelwerks uses them on many of their devices).

What I don't like is the separate lock, although I understand the design allows for more user customization. Maybe the lock fits very well and doesn't flop around? If the "tube" was solid and I could get larger rings, I might give it a shot...

 

I did notice the finished surfaces between the 'bars' for want of a better word .. looked rather unfinished o#...well rough really. That said its a nice concept.

I’m really thinking of buying one. Not 100% on that hinge design. And is it surgical grade stainless steel?
