Anyone use the Iron Maiden?

I was wondering if anyone uses the Iron maiden spiked chastity device. We recently bought one and the first 24 hour lockup went well had a 5 hour break for school. And tried a 48 hour lockup. But had to take it off around the 24 hour mark. The problem I had was once I got hot the weight of the device would pull it down and stretch my balls tight this in itself wasn't a problem bot when flacid and hot my balls hang almost to the tip of my penis wich almost pull me out but the loose skin on the shaft stays hung on the spikes. Anyone know how to solve this or had similar problem
