don't try to overdo it first few times out. YOu'll just end up putting yourself off it. Build up gradually. Good luck
The answer is: as long as you're comfortable doing it. I'd say the smart thing to do is to start off with a few short runs so you can become confident that you're not injuring yourself and are staying clean before jumping into a longer lock up. Letting yourself out during those times need not automatically entail orgasm if you don't want.
I think a couple of days at a time to get used to the device. I would have said shorter but you have done 2 days now. Its the same advise as above don't rush to go longer take your time. Enjoy

I’d say it would take maybe a month to iron out any problems with the fit of the device and your adjustment to it. If you can wear the device for a month every day and night then maybe you’re ready to give the keys away. If you’re keyholder lives with you you can give the keys to them earlier, as long as they know you may ask for them in those first few weeks. If you have a good fit and no problems wearing the device for a month then a chastity period of indefinite length is possible

Take the time to heal fully before you get back in. Try to deny yourself without the cage on if you so desire- a few edges here and there to drive yourself crazy! I’m at Day 15 but have to take it off for a few flights in the next few days so I will get a chance to test my edging skills. And yes I am chicken to go through airport security with it on!
