    Hey guys,

    I ordered a RC device about two months ago. I reached out to them via email to get an estimate on how much longer I should expect to wait but have yet to receive a response.

    Has anyone else ordered a device from them recently?

    If so what was the turn around time from order to delivery?

    Mine wasn’t recent, but have ordered two devices from them. One took 4 months and the other 3 and a half.

    I did manage to call them, but their English was pretty hard to understand. I got their number from their website.

    I'm awaiting a device from them too, ordered 8 weeks ago. No response to 2 emails as yet. My wife is leaving the country at the end of the month for a while so I'm really hoping it arrives before then.

    I ordered a half shell at the end of April and have heard nothing at all. They reckoned it was 8 to 10 weeks and despite countless emails and it being 4months I have heard nothing. By contrast Ms Loris customer service in Oregon is brilliant. We have a 1a that we had modified and it was super fast and effortless. I think that RC is probably not worth the wait

    Which is interesting. I have toyed with the idea of contacting RC and going there to discuss measure and hopefully collect all in one visit

    I too have ordered from Rigid recently. They were never good at communicating, however they WOULD reply after several attempts. I got an update about 6 weeks ago, that it would be ready in about a month. I have since attempted to contact for additional updates no less than 6 different times without response. This includes escalating to PayPal, and emailing to a different email address to see if I could Garner a response. I have not been able to. I am over 12 weeks wait time currently, without any attempt to give me a timeframe beyond the original 8-10 weeks. Today I plan to start the claim process with PayPal. Such a shame, I was so looking forward to this product. However their customer service has been horrendous. I wonder if there hah been a death, honestly.

    I'm in the same boat. I ordered a model 1 on may 21st and have not had one single update. I have sent multiple emails to both emails listed without one response.

    I'm on week 11 and this is getting ridiculous. They could be a real player in the chastity marketplace if they would just get some competency in their customer service.

    When I ordered mine they were still relitivly new in the market place and didn’t have too much problem. I think they must be overwhelmed with orders and questions. I’d imagine it’s one couple running this and maybe in their spare time too.

    I think my first order took about 4-6 weeks

    I had to send my cage back for adjustments and that process took about a month turn around

    Well i raised a dispute resolution and I actually got a reply via paypal. It was from a different email address agm@cytadela.pl. They said they would send it out next week but Im not holding my breath.

    It’s such a shame that you have to chase them so much to get what you paid for. They should be honest on the website and state that delivery time is approx 4 months.

    Their website hasn’t been updated for the last couple of years. They still show one of their cages priced at €79. It must be €279 looking at their other offerings.

    I don’t know if they can’t access their website or just unwilling to change

    I just received my model 05 with PA hook yesterday after waiting 4 months. I emailed them multiple times and even threatened to contact PayPal for a refund and they never responded. Either they completely ignore emails or their is a disconnect somewhere and they aren't receiving them. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed they weren't getting my emails.
    That being said, this is the most beautiful, best fitting custom cage I have ever ordered,p. Well worth the wait.

    Im glad you’ve got your cage!

    It’s frustraiting as they have the most advanced designs of any custom device maker. It’s a shame the don’t communicate!

    yeah. It seems they have the demand but lack the resources to fully invest in the production efficiencies that would be required to ramp up production to decrease delivery time. I don't think they would be able to make a sharktank pitch in this type of industry.

    I think they are a metal worker and his wife working part time. That are probably surprised by the success and don’t know how to improve or what to do next

    Oh I don't doubt they are honest people. but i sent a message to them two days ago with no response. I sent the PayPal dispute and had an answer within half an hour.

    The devices the make can't be all that different in manufacturing than mark's over @MaleChastityNow and his turnaround time is 10 days.

    If his devices used integrated locks then it would have been my first choice.
