Of course there are fantasies. Many from wannabe males who pretend they're locked and aren't. Many others too. And fiction too has its place here: special section for it even!

 

That was my point. Much of this stuff belongs in the fictional section.

O yes. Appointed by Jens each time. Three terms with short gaps in between.He initially asked me, not long after acquiring from MW and after I'd turned down an invite in the MW era. On first occasion Mascara had already been Mod prior and boy were there problems there! Ancient history now but HTD even so!

 

Almost certainly male why would a female need to steal photos of legs feet I mean unless she was disabled

 

I note that the Mascara^Snake profile on flikr is now deleted. Presumably these photos were all fake as well.

Unfortunately some really enjoy passing off their fiction as “real”.

I’m not how to handle it, and not even sure if anything can be done, but I’d love it if after the dust settles some from this if the mods would discuss how to handle stories that are most likely fantasy that is being passed for reality. Or even how to deal with the obvious fiction that the member insists is real.

Again, I personally don’t care, but I don’t like the fake stories and really think they’d be best in fiction. Now if they’re actually being moved and I don’t realize it please excuse me as I generally tue out what I consider fiction no matter what section it’s in.

I would be okay with a verification system. Obviously it could never be compulsory, but there are enough trustworthy people in good positions to share data, info etc with to verify that would make me agree to do so.

 

It's a fair point, but at least it would ensure that there are no minors on the site. Also, it would guard against people having multiple accounts perhaps. Also, it would just show that those who are verified, have less to hide and are more likely to be truthful and trustworthy.

 

I’ve seen verification work on an adult site. At first it was cool, you could actually know a little what the person you were reading about looked like. Then more and more people started doing it, but they weren’t regular women, they were selling something. Other adult sites, live streams, movies, etc.

So I would suggest that if a female felt strongly about wanting people to know she was an actual female: she could contact Lucy, Lucy would tell her a word to write down on paper to take a pic with, send it to Lucy. Lucy judges if they are female, and puts a banner next to that member “verified female”. It would be totally voluntary.

As nice as this would be, in reality it would only give men a fuzzy feeling. Although if I were a wife that joined looking for advice, I would feel better seeing what “real” couples were like here, before taking their advice. Being able to check that persons posts, and get a few viewpoints that I knew wasn’t some guys fantasy of chastity. I’m afraid most would feel very uncomfortable risking exposure. My kh barely checks in here anymore, doesn’t post, and doubt verification is a priority.

I agree with most of this. But many people cannot post pix of themselves for personal/professional reasons. M and F alike. And it's also not unknown for someone to put up a vanilla pic just as an avatar or whatever which is off the internet and in the public domain, so with no deceit intended.I posted about one such recently caused a of problems when I was a Mod. And pic was posted by an otherwise genuine F member.

 

Miss Lucy thank you for sharing such bad experiences and your investigations with us. Interesting and shocking to read but also at the end a good warning. Great to hear about your reactions in such cases and of course right.

 

This is shocking and horrible, to take another's photos for 9 years. I'm new to CM and thought MS was lovely to me, I hadn't heard anything about bullying or kicking people out. I truly don't know what to say.

 

Well I have to admit I was sent a couple of pictures by MAascara's Snake which I have now clearly identified as being of corporate vampire. Using one photo off the net as an avatar and not claiming it to be of yourself is fine IMHO. Pretending for no reason or whatever reason that someonelse's photos are actually of you is for me unacceptable fakery. That is not acceptable to me.

If MS should also prove to be male as well then I admit I was taken in by that as well.
I have I hope learned to be more discerning.

And that's been going on for, well, ever since people have been able to access the Internet. My (late) wife and I used to use Craigslist to find women for threesomes. We eventually had to stop because *literally* 99% of the responses we were getting were men pretending to be women. That was in 2000.

 

I am both surprised and relieved. Whoever mascara snake is is a masterful liar.

I am glad that profile is shut down. I am more than sorry I ever stood up for it. Ironically just as hate speech is tolerated as a freedom, it does great harm. Why we stand for that I am not sure. That was my angle with the snake- to protect the right to speech no matter how unhinged.

Sadly, this event also serves as a wake up call for me. The snake was a mod! WTF!! Why wouldn't we all believe a former mod??? yes former, yes frequently banned, but backed by this site in some way to be certain. C'mon Jens has to know who the real snake is. More than a few on here should know. I mostly believed the snake, as crazy as it was 99% of the time, it didn't occur to me how much depth someone could put into a facade. Better question is why? And unchecked for so long? Shameful circus this site has been. A circle jerk circus. A couple of valid moments entangled in a web of lies. I cannot unsee this side of chastity mansion.
