The job advert in the newspaper explained the “benefits” to employees – a uniform provided and an unlimited access to the products. That is probably why there were so many applicants. LucyCorp had been in existence for a few months but in that time demand for the products had gone through the roof. Production was increased and there was a requirement for more labour. An increasing list of applicants were all put through the selection and interview process. Many passed and the successful applicants eagerly entered the training zone to receive their induction. The first intake of excitable males chatted amongst themselves, wondering "What type of uniform do we get – I hope it is something smart" , "What about the free products offer – I hope it's something expensive". The room fell silent as Lucy walked in to welcome Her new recruits. “Morning slaves” She said as She handed each a package. In the parcel is your new uniform and free product. They all opened their parcels to reveal plain orange prison style overalls with the word “SLAVE” on the front and back and also their unique reference number. Alongside was a small chastity cage. “Welcome to Lucy Corp, we are the leading manufacturer of male chastity devices in the world. Take off your clothes, lock on the chastity device and put on the orange uniform. Drop your key into the metal box in the corner then get to work. You will receive no pay and all the profits will go to me”. The cowardly male slaves were shocked but did not dare object, they quickly got to work in the factory, all in orange, all locked in chastity, making more new chastity devices for ever more males to be locked up. Business was good and it is rumoured that whenever Lucy walked around the factory floor in Her heels, the clicking sound of heel on concrete caused an increase in production.

The Factory - Part 2 Production rates at The Factory were good (and so were the profits). Sometimes production rates dropped slightly but Lucy always arranged a random tour of the factory and the sound of Her heels clicking on the floor seemed to address any sort the problem. All slaves were of course subject to an unannounced performance review. For most this was almost routine as they dare not invoke the wrath of Lucy. Today it was Graham’s turn, he was summoned to Lucy's office, he shakily climbed the stairs and waited nervously outside the office until he heard “Enter!” He stood before Her eyes cast to the floor and a dryness in his throat as She examined the paperwork. It was not looking good. His standards had dropped below an acceptable level. Lucy outlined the corrective action and explained the 4 point improvement plan. First he was to be put on strict probation and his rates closely monitored. Secondly his working hours were increased. Third he was to receive ten strokes from the cane across his bare behind. "Take off your clothes, go out to the balcony and bend over the railings". He did as he was told of course. The balcony looked over the factory floor. Lucy walked out and addressed the other slaves, "Stop what you are doing and watch carefully, this is what happens if you disappoint me". The slaves watched as the stinging strokes were delivered. With every strike of the cane his chastity device rattled on the metal railings. His face burned red with embarrassment and tears rolled down his face. He would not be sitting down for a week. Lastly his uniform (orange overalls and chastity cage) were to be down sized. "Dismissed! Send in the next slave!”

This has been a fun thread to keep an eye on. If I might get serious for a moment ... I work for a company that has quite an investment in female leadership. Its not a FLW (Female Led Workplace) per se, but they are much more progressive in equalizing the male-female ratios - at all levels. Surprisingly enough, or not surprisingly at all, positions are being filled by qualified people. Is LucyCorp the Brave New World? I've dressed in worse attire, and can embrace the 'free product' The Performance Reviews sound like current corporate America. The caning ... hmmm ... I would like to pass on that part. Can we find another way for the beatings to continue until morale improves?
You have some imagination looking forward to part 3. Hearing the clicking of heels coming towards you from someone important in the workplace can definitely cause an emotional response.
It sounds like a good amount of subs landed their dream job, and they did not have to accrue any student loan debt. Hopefully the C.E.O has earned the cover of Time Magazine's "Person of the year."
Except for the caning, there really weren't any teeth in the punishment. Probation is meaningless when the "employee" literally works for nothing. Probation generally means being at greater risk of termination and/or a suspension of some benefits. As these "employees" have no benefits to lose, and a slave doesn't fear being fired, the probation needs to provide some carrot or stick that isn't described here.
