I use a 45.mm ring and it is fairly tight when flacid My gf uncaged me now and rode me in the couch until she came, and edged me AF. The ring was on the whole session and was becoming really too tight.. When we was done I noticed some "bulges" on the side of the balls one on each side.. Anyone knows if that is dangerous? It was like the cum didn't get to the cock and was trapped behind the ring.

    Help?

yes it can be dangerous if left like that for too long. I would recommend removing the ring next time.

Thanks I will, scared me a little.. The bulge is gone now and the balls are back to normal, no pain at all.. Then it's fine for now I guess?

    Vericocele.

If you’ve got them, as I do, they don’t have to be bad enough to present In day to day life, but the base ring can in the right (wrong) circumstances inflame them. Do it enough and it will become an issue. I NEVER could leave the base ring on without the cage. Lack of cage allows too much growth and the ring gets tight enough to do precisely what you describe.
