Help with measurements for red chili device

Hi all
I am based in EU and found Red Chili devices exciting. I have a vice today but I would like a custom. But I need your feedback on which size to choose. I hope someone can help.
Base ring: I go a bit back and fourth on the large and xl VICE base ring. Large is 46,5 mm and xl is 48,5 mm. The largest is of course the most confy but I feel the large sits a bit better. It feels slightly too small, but I don’t know if I just have to get used to it. I am thinking to get a 47 mm.
Spacer:
I am using the 10 mm spacer which fits fine. However I cannot choose that and thinking about going 11 mm. 8,5 feels too small.
Cage diameter:
My penis diameter is about 33 mm. I don’t know if I should get 49 or 45 mm?
Length:
The vice is 70 mm which is fine. I am thinking about going 60 mm for a smaller fit. I measured the flaccid length at 130 mm.
