    I wear a ball trap device, Ms Lori. I am a cyclist. I've tried a variety of other ones, this one by far is the easiest for my sport of choice. A typical training ride for me is 2-4 hours. I also MTB ride and have not had issue there either. If I ran, I'd wear a supporting Jock-strap.

    I'm curious as to how people handle being exposed in the locker room?

    Well my solution to that would be to change the outfit in the restroom unless you have no issue to show your cage, or been instruced otherwise

    Lori's ball trap with PA here. I go to the gym daily and have no problems. It does stick out occasionally in the gym shorts but then so does uncaged penises as well.

    What I have been doing is changing in and out of shorts in a private shower stall
    There is a part of me that wants to expose myself in the locker room but my gym is close to my workplace so I can't risk someone from work seeing

    As for being seen in my cage at either the gym or swimming baths I have never really given a damn. I don't flaunt it but if I'm there at a time when there are kids around I am more discrete ..I'm of the opinion it is not fair to include other people's children and their natural curiosity would potentially lead to questions I'm not sure I'd want to or ought to respond to in their case.

    Not thought about that as I am not big on the 'girth' side which of course makes it easier to get a bud in to clean!
