Holytrainer has a high name, but it's a joke

Oh dear!

I`ve just this minute logged on - was going to start a thread on the Holy Trainer and what people thought about them. I think it`s high time I replaced my CB-2000, and was looking at the House of Denial website, with a view to asking whether these devices are as good (and effective) as they look. Certainly can`t complain about the price - £19. 99 the cheapest, or £34.99 for something like the V2 with the sliding lock, and that includes postage!

Quite put off now, having read the above; so please, what do others think? Should i invest in one of these devices, or spend a little more, and buy something that does what it says on the tin, something that even Houdini couldn`t get out of!

Bearing in mind, my CB-2000, back in the day cost well over £200.

 

I bought one and in the shower while tryin to clean the cage broke at the lock. They kindly sent me a new one. That one broke soon after as well at the top of the cage. It now sits in a drawer. A Watchful Mistress by Mature Metal is now on order. I bet this one does not break.

 

Holy Trainers are ok for short term wear. I have had 2. The first one cracked after I had it for about a year. The one I have now I wear only when I have a sore that needs healing. I agree with the other posters that they are not secure and not suitable for long term wear. They require daily cleaning and you can slip them off easily. They are; however, a good starter device if you buy the less expesive knock-off versions.

I found the movement in them to be far to big, so switched back to The Vice. I was able to actually able to bring myself to orgasm in one, which made it useless to me.

 

I really liked my Holy Trainer 2 when I first got it. However the bioresin they are so proud of is way too vulnerable as soon as it gets warm. The lock flange snapped a couple of times. They were good at replacing the device, but it stopped feeling secure.

Design-wise, the beak/hood that sticks out the back gives you a nice covered feeling, but acts as hinge point so the cock levers out when you, say, go on all fours.

 

from a design standpoint, the HT2 has been great for me. I think maybe the plastic I've used to print mine is probably stronger than the bio-resin - mine has just a little bit of give, and doesn't change with temperature. I do worry about what would happen if it got hit by something though, so want to eventually go with Nylon.

 

Yes the design is nice - first device I had that my wife liked the look of. The rear projection causes problems though...

 

Yeah, I can see that. I've got a bit of "give" in that area that it can dig into and I don't really feel it though.

 

One can with little effort remove the rear projection with a dremel or other tool so the device does not dig in. Hand sand smooth after removing most of the material

 

My first cage was a HT2 and I completely agree with you. It's way overpriced, my first one broke within a month and no matter how clean I was, by the end of the day things would start to smell. I switched up to chinese stainless devices and they were worlds better at a fraction of the price.

 

Day 4 barrel lock is giving up and the housing is bending. Is there a way to use a normal padlock? Possibly a version 1.

yes it does and especially on the metal copies.

What is the point of the projection I mean what is it there for? There seems to be absolutely no sensible reason for it being there.

And to be honest you should not have to be paying out good money for something that needs altering before you can use it I can only surmise that whoever designed that rear projection and thought it a good idea has not worn one for very long if at all.

 

it looks good, increases the tension on the testicles, and makes you feel enclosed. I liked it as soon as I put on my HT2. It took a while to realise its downside.

I think I that was also the verdict on Thympers review. The v2 is apparently better than the v3.

 

I did that and it was vast improvement!
