It is hard to believe our culture was any different, yet chastity in the mainstream has only been around for 25 years. It is the 25th anniversary of male chastity hitting the mainstream and the world hasn’t been the same. Oprah, While doing her show shocked the world by telling her viewers that she has had her longtime boyfriend locked in chastity, and enjoyed a female led relationship. She answered questions and told millions of the benefits of keeping males locked. She mentioned fidelity being such a concern in her industry, her need to feel confident and in control, and wanted the peace of mind few in Hollywood ever truly had. Then she discussed the side benefits of how a chaste male is so much more focused, attentive, and willing to please. It didn’t take her long to realize that letting her boyfriend orgasm was something that was detrimental to their relationship, and soon she had eliminated them. News spread throughout the world, the internet was buzzing with searches, discussions and debates on every news source, and every household was instantly aware of male chastity. The oscars were the spring board of the movement. The red carpet interviews soon asked about the key on the diamond necklace of Beyoncé. She told them “it’s to his cage” as she held jz’s arm. The flashes of light from cameras and phones filled the Hollywood night as actress after actress showcased their key and who it locked. The question of the evening wasn’t “who are you wearing” but “who are you locking”. The aftermath of the Oscars was instantaneous and culture changing. Women had taken a serious interest in chastity and had started a fad. Anyone who was anyone, were wearing keys on their necklace to show their friends, coworkers, and the world. The fad didn’t seem to lose steam. Soon it crept into politics, and to garner any support, any female politician had to be seen wearing her key. It was a turning point in American history. The year of 2020 marked the first time in history that a female president was elected. Females also had earned every new seat in the house and senate, Democrat and republican alike. The first session ended with an executive order to mandate tax breaks for all families that voluntarily used chastity cages on their spouses. Republicans and democrats crossed party lines and voted to amend the constitution. Chastity officially added to the constitution in 2022, made it mandatory after the age of 18. The world had taken notice and began to emulate the great success America had shown, and soon most of the world leaders had keys around their necks. So on this our 25th anniversary of Oprah’s revelation to the world, we celebrate another year of peace. Our national holiday is observed throughout the world, but is especially revered here in America. We also celebrate Steadman Day tomorrow and thank him for being the shining example that he was(although observed, is not celebrated with time off work).
Not a big fan myself, but I still think a non kinky, famous, and respected figure needs to popularize it before chastity steps out of the shadows. The rest...well that’s more unrealistic, but I seriously could see the first part really happening. It just needs a figure head that creates a new state of mind. Where women collectively ask “you don’t lock your husband up?” and women being almost embarrassed if they don’t.
I sometimes try and imagine what life would be like if male chastity was compulsory. I love the idea! Nice story!
IF it somehow was law, can you imagine the kind of control women would exert over men?! And the respect and obedience men would show towards women? Traditional roles and values would be completely reversed. Women spent centuries in almost complete subservience to men. Isn't it about time for men to have their lives controlled by women? I think so..
EXCELLENT STORY @Nicoftime So well written that the first paragraph had me ready to go check trending news feeds. Thought I had missed something. In actuality, as most others have observed, just one celebrity coming out would be great. Not sure that changes to the Constitution will come about. One thing is for sure, women in positions of power is an idea whose time has come. The world just might be a better place!
Thanks, I too would settle for a well known person of interest to “come out”, I think one little push from the right person would take this out of the shadows. The political stuff...well that was just a bit of fun. Not really into trampling civil liberties even if perhaps it would be for the best.
Nice fiction. But it's very odd. I've seen that one before. On Fetlife. One of the chastity groups. Forgotten who put there just now but it was not you. So you copied from them or they copied from you. Out of interest, which? Not that it matters a lot as either way the story's in the public domain.
You might be talking about this... Yesterday. with nicoftimes permission, I reposted the story to fetlife. At one point today it was the 4th most read writing and now has 235 comments and 125 likes. https://fetlife.com/users/4042091/posts/4912051
A person of authority here asked me if they could put it on fetlife, and I agreed, so it was neither.
Interestingly, there is a lady on Fetlife who is looking at casting an FLR couple, with the male in chastity, in a future reality TV show...
we wouldn't women would screw the world up just as much just in a different way though the fantasy is nice
I don’t for a moment believe our country or the world would be in some utopian state of bliss if somehow chastity became mainstream. I know first hand that women can be just as cruel, dishonest, and manipulative as men. This was just a fun little story. I do however believe that if male chastity were to ever become mainstream, it’s beginning would be somewhat similar. A star of impeccable class and respect would have to dekink, demystify, and normalize it. It would need to be popular and something to be emulated.
