    1.5" inside diameter cage approx 2.5" long 1.75" base ring. it uses a regular padlock, not the security screw. Open to a reasonable offer on it. I am located in the US.

    I assumed you were in peoria, I'm up near deerfield. we can meet somewhere in the middle and do cash if you want. If paypal is a must, I'd have to ship it. Paypal is funny like that.
