That depends if you have the desire and resources to get custom work or simply want an off the shelf Chinese device. For a list of well known custom manufactures go to the Mall (Devices) forum and browse the various sub-forums. If you want a cheap Chinese device you can simply go on Ebay, DHGate or Amazon and search "steel chastity cages."
Like several people here I tried several different models with various amounts of success. I've never tried some of the Chinese knockoff models some have talked about, but one advantage seems to be the low price. Aside from the expense, one shortcoming of many models is the inability to ensure you get a good fit. Plenty of posts here talk about problems with poor fitting devices. I finally went to Mature Metal and ordered a Jailbird. I must say that I agonized a bit over getting the proper size. Some adjustments can be made but I took the advice of others and ordered the plastic sizing rings first and that helped with the base and cage diameters, but you still need to consider cage length and gap distance between the two rings.
Not the cheapest by any means but if you want a well made device with great customer support and a company that will make adjustments if needed get a Mature Metal. Oh and they’re wonderful people too
