Sad news about the new dress :-((

I wish i'd be able to write better news about the sissy dress i ordered from superdresses :sad0002: a long time ago.
About a month after W/we ordered the dress ... and payed for it, i got an automatically created request for payment. Since that time i am trying to get in touch with them but so far i wasn't successful. Now i am sitting here, not knowing what to do ... of course, i could try to get the money back with the help of a lawyer, but i do not want the money ... i want the dress :sad0147: ...
If i wouldn't be so well trained i would say that i am quite p... off by the company :sad0137: .

What do Y/you think i shall do?

If you used a credit card contact them. Maybe they can do something. Citi helped me out once for a similar situation. Alas no dress, but your money back. And I'll bet that wasn't cheap.

 

with any credit card that i know about you can contest a charge and they will immediately remove it from your account. i have personally done this with amex, visa and master card. if you pay them online you can even do it just by clicking a button next to the line item in question.

I used an ordinary transfer from account to account. Superdresses usually has a good reputation so i didn't see any risks ... i better should have ...

Dress is going to be delivered at last

Whoopee! Superdresses responded at last! The dress is in the making and going to be delivered next week ... i even got a 20 Euro credit for the long wait. Hmmm, that means i have to place another order ... well, that shouldn't be too difficult, should it?

Katrin, it is incredible so pretty!, in the future try versatile fashion in Ca. USA , far but they have maid mine in a matter of a week in the past i'm sure it would be much quicker even with the overseas part, and they can make anything!

Superdresses take forever to deliver but when they do it is worth the wait. I just received a custom order I placed with them months ago. It looks pretty damn good

Tataaa, news from my dress i ordered from superdresses and which still in the pipeline :mad0214:

As there was another unannounced delay of two weeks i wrote a very fierce email last night threatening legal actions against them. Sounds like strong stuff, doesn't it?
This afternoon i received a phone call from the manageress. She apologized for poor information policies and promised to send the dress by the end of the week ...
Let's see what happens ... of course, pictures will follow ...
