Well am I to be left standing here all day? Who will take these bags to my room, my feet are killing me....
Just leave your bags right there Ms Amanda. I will get them to your room. I'm sure you are thirsty may I direct you to the parlor. I'm sure there is someone there who will get you a drink. Make yourself at home. Oh and welcome back Ma'am.
I'm looking forward to getting to know you. I haven't been active here for very long. Your pictures are very interesting
If only I did have the opportunity to take your bags to your room. My 'price' would be that you would have a martini or two in the bar whilst you were having a chat with Elle. Obviously I would make this a request rather than a demand. Welcome back.
The request would be made politely with no expectation of it being granted. I would still happily carry your bags if you declined. Elle would expect nothing less of me!
It would be my pleasure to deliver your bags to your room. I am so happy your are back and look forward to conversing with you again.
Your room is ready M'am: The Champagne is on ice, the bath run scattered with scent and petals, your silk sheets laid back and the shoe racks neatly stacked with the contents of your pre-arrival parcels you sent; Let me take those bags and lead you there, kneel before you and slip off those heels and massage the travel weariness away......curtsy ;-)
