Two months without release is not what I would consider a long time. It is a long time to be locked 24/7 however if there are health and hygiene checks then it can easily be extended indefinitely. Personally I see no reason for milking, my chaste males are chaste, no release of any kind is required. As mentioned previously, nature will take care of things, as far as I know, no one has had health problems just because they don't orgasm.
Even if the most exaggerated claims about health reasons should be true you should still have greater results in adjusting your diet.
