    Cage change doesn't count as long as There is no stimulation.
    Guess that also allows out to clean for those in cages that can't clean good while locked. Me personally, there is no access to keys until thanksgiving. If the wife kept access to her keys then I would make a mess in her within2 weeks. She admitted to wanting to not unlock until my birthday at the end of January
