Probably about 6 months from memory- the effects sem to increase over time as your prostate shrinks and your hormone levels alter.

 

So then you lose your ability to ejaculate or can it still happen even though you cant get erect?

 

I can still ejaculate soft but it takes me a long time and it doesn't happen all the time me getting soft in just not half of the time
