Self imposed chastity

    So today, after reading about how testosterone levels increase by 45% if no cumming in 7 days and also about the health benefits of increased testosterone, I have decided (again!!) to start a long period of self imposed chastity as I do not have a keyholder and have been unsuccessful introducing chastity to my current relationship.

    I am intending on pushing my limits by edging myself as much as possible also, visiting this place and reading everyone's posts easily helps the edging! and seeing how I cope with that. Without a chastity device I am not sure how long I will last but I have very good intentions (but they may not be matched by my lack of self control) we will wait and see.

    It will be interesting at least to see if there is a testosterone boost, has anyone else noticed that? And would that also make being in chastity much harder to tolerate?

    i don't really know bout that but if its right my testrone must be huge now.

    I think it was in the huffington post app. Which made me research about testosterone levels
