I am a 30 yr old man but I still cannot get rid of the habit of frequent masturbation (usually once a day). I have been hesitating about buying a small chastity belt (i.e holytrainer), but I am worried if it works for me. The hygiene problem and would it affect my life very much? Since I have strong will every day about masturbation, and if I don't masturbate for that day, the intention will largely intensify by days, which affects my work and daily life so much and then I ll jerk off myself at last. Also hygiene problem is my concern because I will tend to wear the lock continuously at least a week or more. Could the remained urine in the cage will be a problem for weeks?? A lot of guys who go into chastity and start wearing a device do so because they want to stop or limit masturbation and/or increase intimacy with their wives. A chastity device isn't perfect, especially if you make an effort to circumvent the device, but it helps. My once or twice a day habit was catching up with me as I get closer to 60, and interfering with my ability to make love with my wife. We don't go for total denial, but limiting the number of orgasms has made a tremendous difference. Not only can we make love, but the level of pleasure gone way up! (I'm starting to fill my cage, just thinking about it). There are a lot of scientific reasons why it's hard to just stop masturbating, especially when it's been coupled with porn as it usually is. Do a google search for the neurology of sex, orgasms and porn. Fascinating reading. It's as addictive as drugs. A chastity device can help to control and limit what you do, and help to break the cycle of dependency. The HT is very comfortable, but I usually wear a steel cage just because I want to be in it as long as desired with no cleaning issues. Cleaning with foam swabs from eBay and rinsing with a forceful spray from a shower head on a hose to rinse works with the HT. I clean up with a piece of toilet paper after urinating - sitting BTW. I won't risk standing unless the head of my penis is right at the very front and centered. Even then I might not. I tried rinsing with a spray bottle with some tea tree oil in it, but gave up and found that just inserting a bit of rolled up TP in the tip worked as well. The HT is very inconspicuous too. My wife can't tell that I'm wearing it unless she feels for it, or unless I have my pants off. Stretchy briefs to support help. I wear panties because they are a heck of a lot more comfortable than mens briefs. They're not flashy or lace trimmed - black, white, blue, red etc. can be very stealthy. Some are little different from mens fashion briefs. If you don't have a keyholder, and want to limit but not eliminate masturbating, buy a Kitchen Safe and set the time for two or three days. That will at least limit the opportunities to play with yourself.
I began my lockup for the same reason and, wearing the cage will, over time, help you not to think about masturbating quite so often as you realize the futility of it all. Good luck and enjoy!
