You can only go as far as you can go. A cage so small that it impedes the flow of urine is dangerous; otherwise you might need to try a different cage. But 6cm is pretty small. Maybe get a bigger strapon?

You may wish to see my profile pics of a very short custom steel cage. I'm very happy with the snug fit. Mine was ordered only to be only 2-1/4" (1/4" gap, 1/4" base ring, 1-3/4" cage), that's just 5.7 cm. I think the smallest length for a standard order is a mere 1-1/2" (3.8 cm)!!! You could probably go smaller, maybe to a 2" cage, but that might still be too large if you can't shrink up that small. Go as small as you can. I just spent the last 9 months locked up in a 1.25" cage without release and no room for growth. It's a metal cage and not the one on my profile. Your little one should be locked in as small a cage as possible.
