Trying to find device - enclosed testicles, not a full belt

    I've seen someone post or reference a device - very similar to a traditional trapped ball device, but the balls were enclosed. I've seen a device with a wire frame around the balls, but this user posted a pic with a solid enclosure. The stated benefit was that it protected his balls from being smashed by his legs when sitting.

    Any ideas?
