    Hi welcome to CM
You may want to search the forum for previous posts and threads on this matter . There must be quite a few , it may also spare your blushes as your post may attract some less that serious messages.

Have you considered a belt instead of a cage?

i also think that is your only answer !
a decent belt and your worries are over , i have the same "problem" ,but a full belt will do a good job, esp the "arch" is a ideal solution !! !

Mine is a budget entry-level belt. It's not posh, sophisticated or expensive but it is the real deal and is appearing to hold up against every day use. Depending on who sells the belt I wear depends on what name it has. However, this one here is exactly how mine looked when I first bought it.

Part of the beauty of the cheap belt is that it's so adjustable. Mine has been converted into a hip-style belt to take into account that I'm overweight and so would be more practical. The beauty of the more expensive 'proper' belts is that you won't need to faff about for three weeks trying to work out the problems and fixing them. I didn't have the money, but I did have the time.
