I am recreating the belt! I am sure this could be injurious as the head of my penis will eventually hurt like heck when erect for a while. I spent the entire day and night with my fully enclosed 60mm cage and not a 55mm. The extra space did not fix this issue because it is pushing the cage into my waist, not supporting it.
