It's a member of FetLife who I've spoken to in threads who suddenly popped up and said "I saw you in this location 2 hours ago, would have said hello, but you were with someone" there was more than that, but all the information was accurate. It was a coincidence.

What i have always done was to go to the store and get fresh lemons and honey. Make hot water as if for tea and add the juice of a whole lemon to a coffee mug (oops, you don't drink coffee -- Perhaps a 10-12 ounce tea mug instead). Then sweeten to taste. Repeat lots and that will chase away the cause. It may take two or three days.

I'm sorry you aren't feeling well, Emma. The only thing that I've found that works is fluids, rest, Advil (ibuprofen), and lots of cuddles. Feel better soon!!
