I have the vac u lock harness and swear by it. It's easy to use and comfortable to wear/use when caged. The 'cock' we bought for it had balls and these made it quite uncomfortable, however once I cut them off it worked great.
There are also some great strap-on harnesses designed to ride *above* cock level. Good Vibrations and Aslan leathers both have a design like that.
