    Hello,

    I have been looking for something that my wife can use to when I am not caged to make my erection go down. I injoy pain and humiliation so these things have not worked in the past. I know blood pressure meds can cause Erectile Dysfunction, but has anyone found any OTC creams that can cause relatively temperature ER?

    When I was talking to my urologist about using numbing creams during sex, he said that a major downside is that when the nerve endings are numb, without being able to feel stimulation most guys lose their erection. I wound up not trying them, but I believe you can get them over the counter to try. Maybe you'll get the result that you're looking for.

    There are quite a few over the counter creams which contain Lidocaine.
    5% concentration. is enough for me to not feel any erotic stimulation from touching after about 20 minutes from application.

    Not sure what is your objective..? An erection begins in the mind.. cut off the thoughts/view then the stimuli is removed.. or do you mean being removal of feel sensation of the penis..? Then a numbing chemical as suggested by some will work.. yes lidocaine laced cream/spray/tissue wipes.. used to treat premature ejaculation…

    I agree with @Andy88. Erections start in the brain. My personal experience is that if Lidocane is applied, i loose sensation and my erection. It may be because of my age or other factors and may just be specific to me.

    There are creams that have estrogen in it. If applied to your penis twice a day will cause your penis to shrink and your erections will stop. I have been told that its permanent. The whole process takes about a year. Now I haven't actually seen this done, but a mistress that I know uses it on her husband and she said that his penis shrunk from 6 inches to 1 and 3/4 inches long now. She said that it looks like a little baby's weiner now and she loves it.
    I haven't seen any pics of it just taking her word for it.

    Thank you all for the info. I have used a large amount of Lidocaine cream in a condom for 30 minutes and can still get an erection. I understand the erections start in the brain.

    I am wanting to be able to be very aroused and my wife be able to make me lose my erection if she has no use for it at that time. Making it very frustrating for me. I want her to be able to make me aroused and me be unable to get hard. I will try the Lidicane creem again.

    Same the happens with me though not in condom but seeing my frustration after eating and licking her whole body for hours she unlocks me and make me cum on her body anywhere she feels ok.

    it is possible that Prep H or other hemmorrhoid creams would work to quickly get rid of an erection, never tried it though.

    haemoroid cream works by shrinking tiny blood veins.. works for varicose reins on ladies legs, puffy eye bags…. Not sure if anyone has actually apply onto the penis though.. mine is already good enough within 1.75” cage…

    Estrogen cream wouldn't just stay within the penis. It's systemic and would spread throughout the body. Unless you numb it with something like lidocaine or tight banding causing a temporary compression injury, there is no way to do it without messing with hormones or neurotransmitters (SSRIs).

    yes age is a good factor, being in the 50's is helpting to have less also after 5 years of cage and numbing during PIV, I learn to disociate PIV from pleasure and now erection is a lot more rare and difficult to obtain.
    When aroused now I feel it more with the ass than the penis and nude girls don't arouse me anymore.
    it is a question of education to remove the link between penis and sex.
